I am doing my weekly Jazz Radio programme this evening at 18:00 GMT. It's called The NotStrictlyJazz programme, for obvious reasons, and is live on air in the UK on 98.7 FM or you can get it live on-line at www.newstyleradio.co.uk (http://www.newstyleradio.co.uk)
There is no archive to listen later at the moment.
Now the connection with the club is that I'm playing Topasio a track originally recorded by Stanley Clarke with the band Vertu but this version is by Pierre-Yves band from their album called Recto Verso.
So if you want to hear how great PierreYves and his basses sound, tune in. Of course there will be great music from other artistes as well. :-)_

'Vertu' is an absolute killer of an album..who would have thought Ritchie Kotzen from 'Poison' would play with Stanley.
'V-Wave' & 'Marakesh' are my favourites on that album.
Jazzy..I will check Pierre's track out and compare!!!
