Recollecting my thoughts and experiences from my High School years is now a great source of joy for me. In about two weeks I will have traveled around the Sun 59 times entering my 59th year on Planet Earth.

Star Trek ranks  very high on my list of fond recollections !  Mr. Spock was giving me lessens in logic. I remember once  my father became irritated  when after telling me what I needed to do one time when  I  looked back at him with an emotionless facial expression and said   ___ That is not logical . Thus ;____Mr. Spock had become a role model !

In my   High School years a good day was riding my bicycle home from school and getting my home work done then playing my Bass and Trumpet and then turning on the television in my room  to STAR TREK while  eating a bowl of my Grandmothers homemade Spaghetti with an ice cold glass of milk.  STAR TREK Ruled and Mr. Spock was and still remains one of my heros !

To Mr. Nimoy ; Thank you Sir !  To the family I send my sincere condolences and best wishes .

Yesterday, after reading many remembrances, and after reflecting at length on his contribution to my life, I celebrated Leonard Nimoy's life by watching the Star Trek 2009 movie, which I had not yet seen.  I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and it was a more than fitting tribute.

Thank you Leonard Nimoy for touching my life.

Thank you Leonard Nimoy, you were an inspiration for countless science nerds, me included...I've been accused of being a Vulcan more than once, mostly by girlfriends wondering why I'm not responding to them trying to rile me up (not in a good way); of course they're further frustrated by me not taking that as an insult!

I loved how much deadpan humor he put into the role, and Bones' putdowns; my favorite being you pointy-eared hobgoblin!

My favourite from Bones was

One wonders if, upon hearing the news, Bones called Kirk and once again said his most famous repeating line:

He's dead, Jim

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Gentalmen , your logic is flawed. I exist in a parrallel dimension. In your dimension I continue to  exist in recorded media and what Humanity calls spirit.
