Hello all,
About a year ago I discovered and bought my beloved Epic. It's brought me much joy, but about six months ago I decided to start focusing on playing fretless bass.
I love playing fretless, and I love my Epic, but the speedbumps keep getting in my way. I don't really want to defret my baby, so I figured I'd reach out to the community.
Does anyone have a four string fretless epic they are interested in selling? Ideally, I'd prefer a darker wood (to match my fretted) with lines, but am flexible.
So, anyone got a bass for sale?
Thanks in advance,
Joe

Joe; I think if you are patient, you should be able to get what you are looking for. Finding one that's lined might take a little longer. But I think fretless Epics are common enough that it's worth waiting for.

Thanks for the advice Dave. From what I've seen, I think you're right.
If nothing else, I'm patient.

Zonker- that's a beauty. You don't see too many lined fretless (Alembics anyway).
Ojo, I don't suppose you're left handed?
