Title: Blue Box Cable - anyone?

Anyone out there know where a can find a cable for my Power Supply/DS5 box (w/o ordering it from Alembic)???
 
For those who don't know, it's a 5-prong male/famale cable that is about the same width as the older mic/P.A. cables (before they converted everything to 3-prong).
