Post by: endryq on October 03, 2004, 02:42:29 PM
Hi folks!

I'm looking for an used Alembic bass. Any models/scale lenght/...but if possible a fretted four string.

If you want you can post offers here or send a mail to
tigmatebratak@web.de (http://mailto:tigmatebratak@web.de)

Thanks!

Well, there are all the usual dealers to check in with, but there seem to be few used basses floating those shops.  I know of an attractive 34 Elan that can be had for about $1400 plus shipping.  Also, Bass NW has a new chromalusion-finish bass that has been around quite a while and can probably be had for near cost.

Do you have a price range?  Any preferred electronics package?  There really are an awful lot of options out there depending upon what you're willing to pay.  EBay is regularly crawling with Epic models for around $1000, but that's a completely diffrerent bass from a Series instrument.  You have to be able to narrow down your interest a bit from where you are!

Bob: I wrote some mails to the store but I didn't receive an answer and the mails didn't come back. So  I'm not shure if they got them. I bought an Essence (about 30 minutes ago). I will post some pictures when it's arrived! Thanks for your help!

Hendrik (the lucky one )(sorry Paul but I had to do it again)
