Title: 20th Anniversary Model 001 for sale
Post by: philipnelson on October 19, 2004, 09:40:02 PM
Hi folks.  My bro owned this guitar but left the planet this year.  He loved bass, and music, and was a fine player.  I'm handling his stuff, and I'd rather not just dump this somewhere if there's any Alembic historians who would have special interest in this as first of the series.
Its in good shape, metal needs a bit of polish.

Hi Mark, welcome!  I believe Michael (dela) is looking for this bass.  Is the serial number 89 AM PP001 or 89 AM 001?  I believe he would want to buy it back, if it was the one he used to own.  Interesting. I am very sorry to hear about your brother.

To Poor_Nigel and all, the serial number on this guitar is AM001, not the AMPP001 Michael owned from the picture and serial number I saw on the post.

Thanks for your thoughts.  Dealing with his guitars is still hard for me, but I hope someone who cares is interested in this one.
