Nice bass and very tempting with the electronic upgrade.  Not a good time for GAS, having indulged myself to a couple of short scales (Epi Allen Woody and Ampeg AMB1) and freshening up my rack gear.  So I'll just have to compliment your bass and wish you best luck with your S1.
