Title: Mint '82 Series II Bass, Hardcase, Power Supply - Today Only...
Post by: ampeglb100 on December 07, 2008, 05:14:01 AM
Hey Folks-

So I got this bass and it is in AMAZING condition... you will never find a more near mint '82 Series II - I promise you. Plays and sounds amazing as well, of course, but ergonomically it just isn't going to work for me. I am going to return it to Bass Emporium and eat shipping both ways - but I thought I would throw this out here just in case someone else wants to buy me out for the full amount - $5000 plus shipping and any Paypal fees, if used. Let me know ASAP as I am sending it back soon...

'82 Series II Bass, 32 Scale, Coco Bolo Top and Back, Satin Finish, Hardcase and Power Supply also in near mint condition.  Strung with flats - NO Fret Wear...  This is as nice as it gets...

Thanks,

Andy, sorry to hear that as you were obviously excited about getting it.
What's the ergonomic issue?

Hello-

Nothing wrong with the bass at all - I just need more of a Fender style body, like my Europa's.  The S2 plays and sounds great and really, it is hard to pass this bass up...

Also, it has red LED's!

Thanks,

Andy
