What a beautiful bass!

Nice Wal 5, I've been trying to track a decent one down for the last 3 years in the U.K but they are rarer than hens teeth in original condition.
I think they are the only bass that comes anywhere near to the Alembic sound but even then it's distinct enough to be unique in itself.

How much? More pics? What year? etc. Thanks again!

Here's another one with a close up of the top..I can take some more if necessary..The year is a 2000 last time I checked the preamp cavity plate.

What is the asking price?

Still for sale? If so, another request for price. My Wal MKII 4-string sounds much different that any Alembic I've played or owned. Not better, not worse, just different. I will say the Wal is the closest I've found to the quality and attention to detail found in Alembics, though.
