Title: 2001 Essence 4 String Short Scale - MINT

Selling my 01 Essence. It is a short scale (30.5 inches) 4 string with Q-switch. Beautiful figured walnut front. SC neck and fret markers. Ebony fingerboard. I am going to put it on eBay and Craigslist if it doesn't sell in 2 weeks. Any marks or white spots in pictures are only in the pictures. The bass is just about flawless. More pix on request. Original G&G case. Best offer over $2,500  ... Will consider trade for 5-string medium scale (32 inch) Alembic.  Thanks

Andy, I sent you several responses including the pictures and info you requested...twice. I also sent my phone number yesterday in an email. I don't know why you aren't receiving them. Look in your spam folder. It's possible they went there. I just emailed you my phone number again. The bass is still for sale. I have one other serious buyer who I also sent pictures with responses to her questions. Call me if you want to discuss it further. I emailed you my number through this forum also. Thanks

Well, Frank, looks like this will be my second Essence.  It will have a happy home in Vermont.  Believe me, I am as excited now as you were when you got your second Alembic.  Glad to find you here and know that you're 'for real'.  I'm getting a very funny feeling about some sort of spiritual vibe that flows in and around these beautiful basses.  What are they doing out there in California, offering them to the gods?

Frank, the bass has arrived safe and sound and I am really blown away!  This is a truly fine instrument.  Thank you for your attention to detail in getting it to me safely.  I'm putting her through her paces, so much louder than my '92 Essence, maybe the pickups are turned up more.  Learning to use the Q switch, so many more choices... I like it.  A lot.
