Title: F1-X for sale
Post by: gtrguy on June 26, 2009, 09:23:23 AM
I have a nice F1-X I am thinking of selling for around $500 plus actual shipping in the US - OR - I might be interested in a slight trade up for a SF-2. I'll post some pics next week.

Bye,
Dave

Are you still planning to post pictures?  What is the (approximate) age of the pre-amp?  Thanks.

Sorry, I have been distracted. I just found out I am being laid off after 14 years. I'll post some photos in the next few days and the s/n. I looked inside it but did not find any date on it.

Bye,
Dave

OK, here are some photos. It's in great shape with the faintest of marks on the top (I would not even call them scratches) from the rack. I have also just bought an SF-2 and another F1-X from another bass player here in my home city and I think I will sell the other F1-X as well.  Bye, Dave

I don't suppose an F1-X is dual voltage by any chance?

Just checked the Alembic site & it looks like you can switch voltage inside the unit

Email on its way. . .
