I played this bass for over a year, thanks to the generosity of Phil. It is a dream. It is also the first Alembic I ever played. Wonderful action and Tone! I wish I had the money.

Man I wish I could play double bass as that's such an expensive instrument to learn on.
Do they sound like alembic fretless basses or do they sound like a double bass?

I know this post does not help your situation Flaxattack; but Dear Lord; please let me win the lottery SOON! That is one beautiful Bass!

I wish I could take this one in to my flock of instruments.

i forgot to mention that i have a fitted gig bag for this

I'm trying to get the cash up for this. I play double bass and would like something less bulky to carry to gigs and has prescence.
