Hi all. Any interest out there in an Eden Metro DC210XLT?
http://eden-electronics.com/products/combos/indiv/metro.asp (http://eden-electronics.com/products/combos/indiv/metro.asp)
- 2 channel (solid state / 12ax7a tube) 2x10 +horn w/ attenuator
- enough wattage to easily push an extension cabinet
- each channel has it's own effects loop and compressor
- stereo aux in, headphone out, tuner out, direct out
- probably another 10 bells and whistles that I'm forgetting at the moment
It's in perfect condition and sounds like a dream. It's got removeable casters on it and I've even got the footswitch.
I am in Wilmington NC and am not opposed to driving and meeting somebody half way so that they can save the shipping costs.
Any interest? I would rather not have to ebay it; instead I want to see it go to a good home. $1100

interested in trades basses, amps or anything else?

I would prefer cash but I'm willing to consider breaking it up and doing cash+trade if the trade portion contained either or both of the following...
- 300+ watt per side at 8 Ohm QSC PLX/RMX or quality equivalent power amp
- Aguilar GS112 cabinet or Eden D112XLT cabinet
-Jim
-
UPDATE: I was able to get a good deal on a brand new QSC RMX 1850HD so I'm no longer looking for a power amp.
I still would prefer money for the Eden Metro but I'm willing to take money plus either an Aguilar GS112 or Eden D112XLT cabinet.
C'mon, you know those tax refund checks are just around the corner,

[UPDATE]
Keith needed a unit with a built in crossover which is one of the few things that an Eden Metro doesn't have so it's still up for sale.

Fellas . . . these are REALLY nice combos, and only need an extension cabinet (and Eden makes every cabinet imaginable) to handle the biggest gigs. Tube (7025) front end, solid state power in back, two foot-switchable channels, tuner mute, a proper direct box (XLR + separate gain/send + ground lift), and they wound great. Buy them all day long for the MAP of $1499. Mine with the 115XLT extension cab shames lots of big rigs, and gets lots of compliments. It will handle Eden's 215 which would be huge!
For $900, somebody in the South or the East Coast oughta JUMP on this.

Have you sold your Metro yet?

Nope, it is still available.
C'mon. Somebody has to have a tax refund check in their hot little hands.

i recently bought an eden combo,a nemesis nc250 combo, it is a truly sweet amp, although I'm finding that i'm underpowered and need to upgrade. I was attracted to it's tiny size,it weighs 41 lbs..i'm interested in your metro..I have the eden combo, which i payed $596 for ($550+tax)a 2005 standard series precision(that's Fender's fancy word for mexican)it's wine red(paid $439) with a tortoise pickguard($50),if you were interested in either of these,I could perhaps give you cash and some trades..i would give you both items which are pretty much brand new plus $500 i'm figuring a sort of 50% discount off of what I paid.or if you just want my eden, and cash..maybe we can talk.
I recently saw your amp at 30th st guitars in nyc for $900,but he doesn't sell used amps and won't take trade in's. Good luck with everything, let me know.. thanks, kevin
