That looks like a bolt. I had a TBX (neck-through) and it doesn't have that little Modulus logo between the board and pickup. I like the tone of the Modulus bolt-on basses better. The neck-throughs can be a little sterile sounding.  
 
Preamp looks like it has a volume and a couple stack knobs for tone. Probably a bass cut/boost and treble cut/boost on one stalk and a mid frequency with a mid cut/boost on the other.

Hi Guys. It's bolt on model.sounds is awesome.so much versatility with only 3 controls knobs.great sustain with the graphite neck as a feature,very easy to play too.Thanks.

It's an Alder body,Quilted maple top(split book-matched)very rare and short made honey natural wood finish.golden Modulus logo.
