Beautiful bass! I hope it's only up for sale because you are heading toward the purchase of another Alembic or better yet, you've just been notified that your custom build is almost ready to be shipped to you.

Thanks Hammer. Well that should be more like, thanks Alembic for creating it . Yes sir, I love this bass however I need to fund a new build that is underway. I really can't afford to keep and realisticly play both. The new build I am sure will take some time to shed in the comfort.

OMG that bucky emits light, that finish is incredible.

very very very nice !!

Thanks! Here are some more photos of it when it was born. Still in the same condition, just needs a little flitz polish on the nickel plated truss rod cover (G string side) and that's it.

Simply stunning!! That's one beautiful bass!!

I have drooled over it in the past. I wish I could borrow it for a month to see how much I would like it.
Let's see, if I sold my distillate, a few fenders and an old yamaha bb2000, maybe I could get it.
Good luck with the sale Brian. You get an a+ for teasing and torturing me.

Thanks guys, getting a little emotional as I prepare for shipping . What an incredible work of art and excellent performing instrument.
-
that's some hot piece of ass!

Parting with a COTM is not fun. Do it quick like a removing bandaid on a hairy arm. Having a new build to look forward to will help of course. Good luck.

Ha! OK that was really funny! Yes a new build helps for sure but I sure as heck couldn't afford the same top and back on a new build, lol. I sold four basses to fund a new build. Yikes.

Would you consider a trade for a fodera monarch deluxe

Sold already.
