For the last 30 years, I've owned the nicest bass I've ever played, but it's time to sell. What's the best way to go about this? Can Alembic buy it, update the electronics, and resell it?

Alembic ? LOL.... maybe an Alembician if you show some pictures ;-)

Pictures please . We like that ! We like it alot !

Thanks for checking in with the Alembic Club, and welcome! A lot of them sell on eBay, and Reverb, some on Craigslist, and some direct through the Alembic Club. Pictures and a description helps start the process. We look forward to seeing your bass!

I'm in the market, would love to see pictures and what value you place on your bass.
Shoot me a note at matthew.widder@gmail.com (mailto:matthew.widder@gmail.com) , should you have interest.

Thanks for your quick replies. I trying to figure out how to post the pics of the right size. Here goes.(http://club.alembic.com/Images/395/212682.jpg) Re-sizing seems to be making it blury. Sorry.

Is that Koa?
Interesting, a lined fretless, no markers.
Would love to see a clearer picture.
That looks like an earlier bridge than '77
What PU was in the bridge position before the replacement Alembic one?
