Looks like a scam, possibly a stolen ID. A common thing on E-bay these days!

The first link is to a listing that does appear to be fraudulent.  It has the following features:

1 - An Ebay account with a feedback score of 1.  The one transaction was a $3 sale.

2 - A 3-day listing.

3 - The listing includes this message: Please contact me before you bid at my business email address *********@googlemail.com for the Buy It Now price and the terms of sale, otherwise i will not concider your bid.

4 - The bass has a low starting bid and no reserve.

5 - The same bass is indeed currently for sale in a listing that started two days earlier.
