It does look to be an Epic; however, it looks to me more like Lacewood than Coco Bolo in the pictures.

You need to read more carefully.  The seller doesn't claim it is cocobolo.  Here is the actual description form the auction.  Read it carefully:
 
     Beautifoul Koko Bolo six tring Alembic
 
So, it has something to do with a smelly clown from Max Fleischer 30's cartoons and 6 trings, which I believe are from middle earth - The Lord of the Trings!

I believe it was Sgt. Bilko Braggins, unforgettably played by Phil Silvers.
