If you are looking for a triple omega 5 string, in short scale, you may want to check this one out.

I doubt if this one will have neck dive balance problems
associated with other short scale 5 string basses.
Gosh this seller also has a Garcia as well.

happy bidding.

Maybe Barbie and Ken can start a band..... :-)

I've seen this listed before and was going to bid but I came up a litlle short.

Got mine today. I did not meet the reserve (whatever it was), but was offered a 'second chance' offer (finally, a legitimate 2nd chance offer), & took it for $35US. While it is NOT an actual, true to scale and highly detailed reproduction of an Alembic bass, it is a fairly nice novelty item, more along the lines of a holiday or birthday gift, rather than a high-dollar collectible piece (in other words, I wouldn't think that any Alembic trademarks or proprietary designs were infringed upon here, but Susan will have the final say on that). I must admit, though, it has a very nice Alembic-like high gloss finish to it; now, if I can just find one in Buckyeye Burl..........
