Starting bid looks high to me, but it's a beauty- Macassar Ebony top!

Looks to be about $1500 to $2000 too high to me, as I've seen series instruments go for a little less in the past few months.  Still, it is beautiful and if I owned it I'd probably try to get top dollar for it first.  I'm watching intently and hoping they lower the price in a subsequent auction.  
 
Mind the gap!
