Yeah, and that's the bass The Low End outbid me by $50 at the last second to get off EBay last month for $2800 so they could score a nice markup on and resell it ASAP.

That bass is also on eBay now with a $3,500 starting bid price. (no bids as of last time I looked.)

The Low End has to contact eBay to have the other seller?s auction stopped.   If they are not aware that their instrument is being ?sold? by another seller, someone should let them know.  It?s a rather simple process.    Has anyone notified the Low End.?
My brother has produced some 60+ CD?s as well as DVD?s and constantly gets email from people asking about a DVD available on eBay, but not in general release.   A fax to eBay puts a quick end to this.

i bid on this bass like a month ago when it was at 2600. The low end ended up with the winning bid but i received a second chance offer and refused. if you ask me i think the whole thing is a scam. my second chance bid was 800 lower than they are asking now.

Richard,  The place to report such issues is
spoof@ebay.com (mailto:spoof@ebay.com)
Go to the bottom of a page on eBay and you will see a link for SECURITY.
Tell them what happened. Follow the instructions. Include the message sent to you etc. They do act swiftly in relation to issues like that.  I had bid on a Orion back in July. It sold for $2000+ and I was offered a second chance at $700.00 or $800.00 dollars.
