Title: Oasis Bass on Ebay
Post by: lbpesq on February 19, 2007, 01:06:06 PM
Here's a cool looking Oasis Bass.  So far the price is very reasonable.

Thanks!  I am going to bid on this one. I have already asked a bunch of questions to the seller, but I got vague answers in return.  Hmmmm.

Good luck, Michael.  It sure is purdy.  Two more strings (the skinny kind) and I'd be throwing my hat in the ring.

He must be reading this.  He replied again with an answer to my main question.  I am worried about a broken neck.  There is mention in the auction of a stain in the 1st position on the fingerboard and some staining on the nut and back of the neck.

It is purdy indeed, but in a crude sort of way.  Does that make sense?

Makes perfect sense.  It definitely has that 'hunk-o-wood' vibe to it.
