For our left-handed friends - Edwin van Huik's shop (http://www.connectionbult.com/bass/instruments.html#Basgitaren target=_blank) has a lefty Essence 5.
 
Note that only the ones marked Voorraad are available. (Verkocht is sold, Gereserveerd means it's reserved.)

Just an update - it looked to be in near-perfect shape, up close. Nice bird's-eye maple.
 
Even in euros, 1595 is as cheap as you will find them. If I were a lefty ...
