Title: Alembic Spectrum Guitar
Post by: jazzyvee on September 16, 2007, 02:03:50 AM
Here is a rare example of a non series alembic guitar appearing on ebay.

Shame the pickups are not original.

Going by the body style, it's a Vector - this would be the first guitar we've seen here in that style, but it looks very much like a legitimate Alembic - except for the pickups and the string tree behind the nut.

Even the tailpiece might be a one-off - although the fine tuners resemble what Gibson was installing around that time.
