I just don't know how they get away with it... What is that?  I guess I really don't want to know...

At the bottom of all listings on eBay is a Report this item link that allows a form submission with copyright infringement as one of the selections.  You get to another page where they allow you to send an eBay system email to their customer service along with an item number.  I'll bet that the more users that submit the better the chances they respond.
