I'd seen this up for sale once before on craigslist here in LA, and the seller never responded to my email then either. Stay away if it ever shows up again.

I will, in fairness, say that these are different pictures than I'd seen posted before, and the seller does list himself as being from the Los Angeles area.
 
The original posting I'd seen on craigslist said that the Signature was part of a guitar collection/recording studio sell-off. I'd still be quite careful, but these could be legit.

MJ indicates a mark king signature standard.
