Have just found this Olivo handmade custom for sale on Ebay: item no 250193078604.
 
Has anyone ever heard of this type of axe?? looking kind of like a Alembic/thompson clone it appears to be seriously BAD-ASS for that kind of price in my opinion!

Have you ever seen an OLIVO before Dave? It looks great..maybe it plays awful, who knows??
 
Might be a nice second or third axe for a fellow club member at this kind of money

No, I haven't.  There are a few mentions on the web in some forums.  The most info I found was in this thread (http://www.talkbass.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-140854.html).  (Here (http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=140854) is the original thread (with pics)).
