Not into 5 string bass, but this looks pretty nice. Love that top wood.

I'm very tempted. How is the weight distribution of the balance K body?

It's near perfect robin. No neck dive at all and hangs with the body slightly to the left so first position isn't too much of a reach.  
 
If he shipped abroad I'd have been very tempted - buckeye burl is definitely on my want list for the next one. The BIN is an incredible bargain for an as new Mk too.
