Hallo to everyone and happy new year. I have an alembic europa 4 string bass. I would like to ask if anyone has change the brass batterie cover with a batterie clip box for easyer change of battery. I would like to change it but I don't want to make new holes for the screws. If anyone knows  something......

mumra, welcome to the club.
If I am right you are wanting to change the cavity cover to a Warwick bass battery compartment with easy open door.
No Alembics have this, they are all screws into inserts..the reason..the battery for the pre amp lasts ages under normal to average use.
You would have to do some modification if you still insisted on this type of battery cover.
I guess you don't want to do that to your bass

Thanks for the answer terryc. No I don't want to do modifications on my bass. I prefer the bronze.

mumra..I agree..let Warwick install their cheap plastic battery covers..at Alembic everything is properly engineered to last
