A left handed Epic on the Los Angeles Craigslist

I've seen the price of this one go from $1200 to $900, and now to $850.  In this difficult economic times I cannot risk purchasing a 4th Alembic.  
 
I sort of feel like going by to check it out as I live in Woodland Hills

Lefties can be a hard sell and $900 has been the going rate for a base Epic 4 for a while now.
