At one point, Alembic was selling pendants of the logo, which they ceased when they realized some were finding their way onto non-Alembic instruments. In this case, the logo in question is a pendant rather than a headstock logo.

Honestly, I'd buy one in a heart beat. I understand the importance but there has to be a better way to verify. You could use a zoom room and show your bass on live video. Shipping is out of control price wise and they're not gentle any more. You're more likely to end up with a repair.

My guess was that he has an Alembic that needs a Logo, but wouldn't want to ship it to
allow Alembic to verify the Logo was going to be put on a bonafide Alembic.
At first I thought it was one of those word salad spam posts, but the request for off-site verification
makes some sense. Maybe English isn't his first language.

My guess is that if you can document it properly, you can get one.
