I found this one while looking around:
http://www.gguitars.com/al77903.html (http://www.gguitars.com/al77903.html)
I don't recall seeing it posted here. Sorry if it is a repost.... But it a nice looking Series I!

The text says it's a short scale. You don't see too many short scale standard point Series basses. Interesting price.

Interesting price indeed!
-
The bridge/tailpiece is where you would expect it for a long scale and the fret spacing looks like a long scale as well.
-
Good point Mike!
-
It seems to be a pretty neat bass...
About the short scale observation.... I don't know... I don't think G Guitars would post something that wrong, being an Alembic dealer...
But the fret spacing does look a bit long scale-ish....
Maybe if someone here gives it a new home, we will find out!

it is a long scale. I played this instrument at G guitar. it in unscratched condition; but needs a complete cleaning and setup.

Thanks Ray!
Greg; it could just be a transposition error, typing one thing when you meant to type the other.
-
Maybe they did that with the price as well :D
-
Dave, I guess you are right! Hopefully no one will be fooled by that wrong info!!
