From the picture it doesn't look like zebra wood to me. Bubinga maybe?

The craigslist ad gives a San Antonio/ Canyon Lake phone number.  
The same as the city described in the auction.  
I would bet the auction deal fell though for some reason, so now he has it on the Houston craigslist.
 
I will add that he didn't answer my email from last week.
