Post by: amazer on January 18, 2010, 07:07:21 PM
The Alembic Guitar Shop in SF, CA early 1970's made this professional wood speaker cabinet. The shop was in the same building as Pacific High Recorders, which was owned by The Grateful Dead. If you look at pictures of the stage setup at Dead shows, you will see many cabinets just like this one. It is in very good condition. The wood is beautifully crafted and the cabinet is super strong. It measures 18 high by 19 deep by 15 wide. FOR SALE IS A SPEAKER CABINET ONLY-THERE IS NO SPEAKER INSIDE AT THIS TIME It is heavy so this item must be picked up. No shipping is offered. It can be picked up in NY, NY 10025 24 hrs a day in a doorman building. it's FOR SALE ON EBAY FOR 9 MORE DAYS.
