 Here's (http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-70s-Mike-Dolan-Guitar-Alembic-Style-Handbuilt-/170492698478?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Guitar&hash=item27b2281f6e) a very interesting guitar on ebay built by former Alembic employee Michael Dolan.  Too bad about the mods.  A little expensive, IMHO, but very cool and loads of early Alembic DNA.

pretty cool!  though it looks a little bit like someone gave some LSD to a klingon and let them loose in the Alembic shop!

The shop that listed this is right down the road from my in-laws.  
 
My wife and I checked out the shop a couple of years ago and I was shocked to learn that the guy behind the counter was a fellow Music Mall alumni (you lurking Dean M?!?!??).

Kahler tremelo, why oh why?  I suppose that is fixable though.
