Title: Tribute bass
Post by: mike1762 on September 19, 2010, 04:28:02 PM
I'm pretty sure this (http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/msg/1960932058.html (http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/msg/1960932058.html)) is Scarlet (Flax's bass).

He has his Classico for sale at $5,900 (http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/msg/1960917453.html (http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/msg/1960917453.html))

That's a lot of bass for the money if the string spacing works for you.

Bump for Flax.... (hope all is well, bro!!!)

I played this bass last year and it's a super comfy neck.... the low B sounds great, and I think that most of us wouldn't be tripping over our fingers at the nut. Compared to the asking price for Scooter, this is an EXCELLENT deal.....

I reached out to him a few days ago. He confirmed both ads are legit, and that he's cool. Beyond that, he has my best. Wish I could guard one or both for a while. Luck.
