This is a cool looking SC Signature:

What are these valued at these days?

The bidding got up fairly high the last time it was listed, but it never hit the reserve. In general, prices seem to be going up a bit. There have been a few specimens that recently sold for much more than I would have anticipated. This one is a SC standard with an upgraded neck and a cool top... appears to be in great condition. For somebody who just wants a short scale Alembic I'd say $3500+ (but I suspect his reserve is still higher than that). But if this happens to have the exact specs you are looking for, it would be cheaper to pay a premium for this rather than commission a new build. This has a nice top, but the neck is what (I think) sets it apart from most SCs (the Mahogany will give it a warmer sound).
