An extremely interesting flame maple tribute here. Do people even check the accuracy of their Ebay ads?

what's inaccurate? it says the body is maple, not the top. does seem pretty overpriced, though

I don't agree that $5K opening bid for a Tribute in fine shape with LED upgrade is overpriced at all. That's substantially less than half the adjusted new price. If I were in the market for a Tribute, I'd be all over this. I've never seen a Tribute go on eBay for anything nearly as low as $5K
Bill, tgo

fair enough. i have no idea what i'm talking about when it comes to guitar prices.

The bookmatched top and back are gorgeous. I am sure there is a buyer out there willing to invest $5,000. I would buy it, but I have secret projects in the works at the mothership I must take care of first. Unless someone hits me with a car and I can sue for major Whammy big bucks!

Secret projects.... intriguing.

That's about the only thing intriguing about me these days, unless you count my field days on ebay for vinyl LP's, bargains on Axes and Stay Puft marshmallow man figures (he's pudgy and gooey just like me). Oh, can't forget the occasional audiophile items and new CD's since most stores don't carry them anymore. Sssshhh, don't tell the Mrs. heh, heh, heh!
