They are going digital - so now is a chance to get great analog gear.  Hmm...maybe we could turn the basement apartment into a studio...

Yes !____When such facilities make these transitions you can get great gear for pennies on the dollar.

I only wish that the service to pick up the items and ship them wasn't more expensive than the auction. Someone is going to get some great deals.
