Title: Series I in Oz
Post by: slawie on April 01, 2015, 04:19:47 PM
I saw this on ebay and it has been relisted a couple of times.
In US dollars its around $3k with the current exchange rate.
It would be near impossible to get one at this price so it's really great value
I have no affiliation with the seller and do not have the cash on hand. If I did it would be mine.

That looks like the best shorty price and looks I've seen for ages. Sadly a bit older than I'd really like and being fretless takes it out of the picture for me. With the thickness of the fret line markers it looks to me like it's a de-fretted bass.

Someone may get a good bass there. I wonder if it's owned by a member of the forum?

J-V,
With the bass having the ovals I suspect you are correct about it being a conversion.
