Title: "finally" on stage

Hi Folks,
 
yesterday i had my first gig with my beloved Alembic (and my band finally, some of the best musicians around !)
we are practicing together for roundabout 8 months, doing a lot of hot fusion stuff.
It was a really hot gig an we have our next booking ! We will play at one of the well known
jazz-festivals in southern germany !  
One of the best things was the soundcheck an comment of our mixer. He wondered which effect an equalizer settings
i used to get such a great tone.
He was very impressed whe i told him the top ten reasons:
1. no effects  
2. Glockenklang amp and box
3. Equalizer set to flat
4. a little bit of training, experience and feeling ;-))
5. - 10 playing my Alembic.
 
I am looking forward to our next gigs !

hi keavin,
this is my main bass.  
i hav a old yamaha bass wich is quite good because i have alembic activator pickups in it ;-)
on stage i only play my rogue !
nevertheless i am working on a fretless rogue too. my favorite dealer has a used one on stock. i just have to earn the money :-(

Beautiful bass....and the rig ain't too shabby either!   The bass looks like an extension of you!

And indeed it?s amazing to play this axe.  
 
Even my girlfriend is sure that it was a very good deal to buy this bass, although she was not amused when i carried all that money to the musicstore.
