I really like this bass. The fingerboard is sublime. You are one lucky man, Alan. It is a wonderful blend of form and function. Very high on my list of Alembic's. An instant classic.

Just by the look tells me It\s got tone!! Great tone I would imagine!!! Love the pickup config, too!! The final design of the Peghead really widens appeal, and appreciation to Alembic owners, and Bass enthusiasts.

That's so beautiful Alan. Ash is one of my favourite woods, escpecially with some finish on.
