Anyone try a Neural DSP Quad Cortex with a Series or Stereo Alembic?

I searched the site but didn't find any recent posts on modeling amps.

I recently watched an entertaining interview with Jon Button (current bassist for The Who):


He is using a Neural DSP Quad Cortex for his stage rig and I really liked the sounds he was getting from it so I looked it up.  It supports 4 independent signal paths which seems very cool for tone shaping.

Has anyone tried running a Series or other Stereo Alembic through one?  Seems like it might be a good option for a fly rig or when I don't feel like hauling my big rack?  Or has anyone had success with another stereo amp modeler?

When I'm streaming my SC Standard is going into an HX Stomp with a custom preset. Though its not stereo, I've run my Rickenbacker 4003 in stereo through it many times and it works great. I like the user friendliness of HX Edit to make custom presets. I'm thinking John Button is running QC to cover the overdrive sounds that John Entwistle made, since he's primarily a PBass guy.

I have done this a bit back in the day with my Alembics and also with my SII Starfire. It's pretty cool, but the awkward thing is that I would want to maintain the signal of each pickup through the signal path so that they could be EQ'ed and managed separately, especially at FOH, however, I also like to use stereo effects, delays, reverbs, etc., so it would be tough to have a single stereo feed since left and right would be each pickup but I'd want it panned for the effects, which isn't ideal for blending the pickups. So, it seems that I'd need a stereo wet out and a stereo dry out. Maybe the Quad Cortex could handle this pretty well, but I have the HX Stomp and H90, aside from a couple of mono boxes, such as the Future Impact, and it doesn't really work out that well for those. So, at this point, the signal path is from the IN-2 to separate channels of an F-2B, then blended into a single channel from there to the effects.
